Can I reserve Aveda products online for in-store pickup?

Some Aveda products can be reserved Online for pickup in select stores. You will see an option to “Reserve Now” on the pages for these products. You can reserve up to 5 items at a time, at either the same or different stores. Each item must be reserved separately.

How long will my reserved product(s) be available?

We will hold your reserved product until the end of the next business day.

How do I pick up my reserved product(s) at an Aveda store?

When you visit the store where your reservation is being held, please show your “Reservation Is Ready for Pickup” email (printout or on your phone!) to an Aveda team member. If you wish to purchase your reserved item, you can pay for it prior to leaving the store. Please note that reserved items will be subject to in-store pricing and promotions, and will not be eligible for Online-exclusive offers. Pure Privileges members will receive points for purchasing reserved items.
